As we are almost a week into November and I am generally curious what the opposite gender or other guys thinks about No Nut November (NNN). I'm told some people think it's a good idea to teach self control others thinks its a stupid idea that is harmful to the body.

It's not harmful. It's 30 days only. Honestly not using tech for 30 days is better. It changes you in ways you can't imagine. You think you have emotions now? Go 30 days tech no tech. You will have passionate emotions similar to children (not these children today). Tech numbs the fuck out of us.
