Is there something as bad to girls as having a small dick is bad to boys?

A few days ago, a friend told me he has a size problem and said ot destroys his life. He said There's no therapy, no medicine, nothing can help him. I felt curious and looked for some opinion online, I found out it's really common for small size guys to feel miserable about confidence. It usually destroys their lives. Well, is there such a thing for girls? Like the format of the boobs, or the vagina? Or being too skinny, too chubby?

Why are guys obsessed with the dick size, most girls I know don't care about size. The only people I ever see talking about their size is guys. smh
But women can be self conscious about a lot of things. I mean some girls get really self conscious about there breast size.

I've seen a looooot of girl friends of mine talking about dick size. At least here in my country it is pretty common. I live in South America

Me personally my size has always bothered me and i find myself focusing on it most when im interested in a guy regardless of if he cares about my size or not it bothers me. Im on the chubby side ecspecially since i had my son
