Guy's Behavior

If a guy glances or stares at you when he thinks you are not looking, is that him checking you out?

It’s happened several times

There were on two occasions when I looked towards him, he was looking at me with the corner of his eye and when he saw me look, he looked away

On one instances i was tapping away on my phone texting a friend and when I looked up he was just standing there looking and smiling and then said “hey”
If a guy glances or stares at you when he thinks you are not looking, is that him checking you out?
