If a guy asks for nudes, does he think lowly of you?

I was asked a few sexually charged liked questions by a guy that I’m yet to get to know, the first question he asked was if I’m a virgin, and “Send a full body picture” I asked him why he wanted a full body picture and he just straight up told me he wants “nudes”. I declined to send him nudes though but I did ask him once again why he wants nudes from me and not some other girl and his response was “Because I got you”. Which was lame and pathetic. He also even told me he expected me to look different than I actually do but that I’m not ugly? Like what.

I don't know what he thinks but that's not very respectful of him. There are respectful ways to get nudes and there's this. Good thing you didn't do as he said. Also I wouldn't recommend sending nudes when under 18 for many reasons. Also it's risky to send either way because you never know if they might spread them or not.

That's... Okay, maybe this is just a generational thing, but that seems more than a little creepy. He has an internet connection, right? Does he not know how many pictures of naked people are freely available to him, on a moment's notice?

I can only speak for myself here, but in my case, no. I've been talking more or less regularly to most of the girls who sent me nudes, some I've even been friend with for some time. I like that connection, going beyond the nude.
But that's just me.
In your case, I'd block that guy, immediately. That's not just a red flag, that's a fucking scarlet lighthouse.

Some guys are just assholes. There is nothing wrong with wanting nudes (whether you’re a guy or girl) but one should be kind about they way they ask or approach the subject if you care at all about the person you’re talking to. I’m sorry you ran into this guy and have had to deal with him being an ass. Not all guys are like that.
