Why do guys always ask for pictures?

I got to say that this is a bit of a turn off for me and it happens quite often. I meet a guy and when texting he keeps asking for pictures, sometimes even daily. But why? My face doesn't change from one day to another I will most likely look the same, same old so why should I send my pictures when I get nothing in return and men usually never take the initiative to send pictures back. I think we all women have better things to do than spending our day taking selfies. Usually when I confront guys on this they just say okay... and do not give a specific answer.

LOL now that is a good one. Tons of women do it daily, and some women's jobs are literally just to take revealing pics of themselves and post them online

Yea it gets annoying. Like they want pics but when you say “How about you come see me in person” then they got all the excuses in the world 😂 If u wanted to post dozens of pics of myself, i’d have an insta but i dont 🤷‍♀️

A lot of men are very visual. So asking for pictures appeals to that part of their brain that gets stimulated by seeing the other person.

Guys are visual creatures and we just love to see pics. Just start making it clear from the get go that you will not be sending any pics. And if some guys can't handle it, then that's they're problem.

I think putting face to the words is a nice thing. So asking for a picture once is OK.
I don't think asking for picture everyday is very nice. I don't see a point in that. I agree with you there.

Uh... because girls are pretty (well, pretty girls are pretty) and we like looking at them. Especially when they give us a pic that is uniquely ours. It feels special and ego-boosting. It's really rather simple.
