If someone likes your posts and follows you on social media does it mean they have interest in you?

There’s this guy I have a crush on at work. He follows two of my insta accounts, one my main one and the other my crafting one. He liked one of my posts on my crafting account that only got like 13 likes, but should I post on my main to see if he likes one of my posts, and if he does then does that mean he has interest in me?

No, following you does not necessarily mean he is into you. There are other indicators I would look for as well. Perhaps even look for first.
If your crushing on the guy, ask him out.

Literally means nothing. If you wanna know if he likes you, ask him, of course that's easier said than done but still. I know very few guys who would have a negative reaction to any girl saying she likes him, unless there is something REALLY wrong with that girl (toxic personality, if she's in a relationship etc.).
