Private Snapchat Story?

So my SO has a private snapchat story. I asked why he doesn't have me on it and he says because he just doesn't want me on it. Like is that a valid reason? He says he post things from partys (I'm never invited to because I "follow him around to much") and things like that but I don't believe him. Also he never goes anywhere at all unless it's a party. I've expressed how I want to go but he always says no.

I take marriage very seriously and he says he does too. We do both have a past where we were both unfaithful. He was messaging girls and I made out with a girl. But we both put it behind us and moved forward
3 years later I'm dealing with this. He knows I'm faithful as I let his go on my phone whenever he wants and I always try to include him. But he never wants to include me. Yesterday I stated that we need to get out of the house together and he said no. Now I'm just really sad and my anxiety is getting the best of me. I literally cook clean and do anything for him.

He honestly doesn't go anywhere at all. He has a home job and has only went out 3 times this year all to partys. But he came home drunk one night and was talking about snapchat and it was saying how I know he has a private story cause he doesn't post on his normal one. And he admitted it. So I asked him to add me and he said no. We been dating for almost 4 years and he's been talking about marriage recently and I'm not sure about it now because I'm so anxious that he is hiding something

Just because he doesn't do it often doesn't mean he isn't cheating. The only reason to not include you is because he is doing things he doesn't want you to know about.
