What does it mean when a guy keeps staring at my butt?

there’s this boy at my school, no matter what i’m wearing, he’s always looking down at my butt. no matter what i’m wearing, he never stops. i’ve tried to show him i’m not interested. it started when i wore spandex one day during gym and then he kept looking at my butt and i had to keep pulling my spandex down and my shirt down to make sure. i thought i was flashing lmao. now like i’m at the point where i’m wearing leggings and an oversized shirt everyday. i’m so self conscious and i’m constantly tugging my shirt down every second because i feel like more people are starting to look as well. someone give me advice?

Own you body.. If someone is looking at your ass be proud you are hot. Why feel bad be assertive, confident, you are designed, why even care if he is looking. Girls use spandex because makes them feel sexy, And you are.. Its okay for someone to look, look but don't touch.
This should skyrocket your self esteem, otherwise wear sweats.

Just wear clothes that cover your backside or aren't tight if you're feeling self conscious. There's no way to stop anyone from looking in public, we can only dress in a way that's appropriate or comfortable for us.

You can only tell a person you're not interested if he asks you out.
How a person dresses is only related to the amount of attention they want to attract or not attract.
Things like yoga pants, tight jeans, super short shorts or short skirts are notorious for getting attention.
For guys they shouldn't wear sweatpants without underwear or something stupid like that if don't want attention. It's just a matter of wearing something reason and unfortunately some people may still look at you, but there's not much that can be done unless they're following you or harassing you.

no i’m actually pretty skinny and my butt isn’t big at all. i don’t know why he’s attracted to it. and i’m too shy to tell him upfront.

Yes and don't listen to the other post telling you you need to change the way you dress. Why should you be picking out your clothes every morning based on one creepo. I understand that it is an uncomfortable situation for you to directly address. Do you think you have any friends that could talk to him? i’ve told one friend about it. she said she realized but won’t say anything because she’s also afraid something big will happen. i’ve already changed my style pretty much, otherwise i’d just be tugging down my shirt all day.
