I went out on a date with a guy and we were having a good conversation. I asked him if he's into relationships with a lot of intimacy and he told me "nah, sex is overated". I thought he was joking but his serious face said otherwise

I fully agree with him and it sounds like I might get along with him. So many people, mainly modern men, are slaves to the flesh. But when you've not been able to get it too often in life, like I have, something weird happens. You don't become addicted to it, like the majority of people are. You start to imagine how it'll be and how good it is. Then once you actually lose your virginity, you realize reality doesn't meet expectations and you're disappointed. At least, if you lose your virginity to someone you don't love.

Sex, and women, are SO f*cking overrated. Yes, both CAN be good. They CAN potentially be some of the best things in life. But how often is that actually the case? How often does a guy have 10 out of 10 bedroom experiences? How often does a guy even have an orgasm higher than a 5 out of 10? Men will give their left nut for these disappointing experiences where you're putting in all the work and she's just lying there. Men will simp and embarrass themselves for modern Western women, who think they got a platinum vagina and men need to get on their knees and beg them for pity sex.

Modern men are so f*cking pathetic when it comes to sex. I'm not even talking about love and family, which is a completely different category. I'm talking about sex. Getting their rocks off. This sh*t is pitiful. Simp culture, is pitiful.

And although I can definitely relate to wanting true romance, a loving bond, and intimacy with someone (and even that is an illusion that can't live up to your imagination), just SEX itself? No wonder modern women have such inflated egos. No wonder so many men are simps and male feminists nowadays. And then have the audacity to mock men who decide to better their own lives and seek inner peace instead of chasing after pussy like some kind of drug addict.

It sounds like that man isn't a slave to pussy and isn't letting women control him. I agree with him. Sex, especially with someone you don't even love, IS 100% overrated. At the very least, people should be having sex with people they LIKE. I don't think this guy was that into you yet, if at all.
