Guy I’m dating watches my stories but doesn’t reply to texts?

I find this so annoying. I’ve sent him a message a few hours ago and at the same time I have put a story up. He viewed the story but didn’t didn’t open the message. Why would a guy do this?

Dating is a game to most people. When they get a text from the person they're dating say "should I answer this?" Instead of saying "I should answer this."
