B. Start a conversation with her
C. Avoid eye contact with her so you that don’t get caught staring
D. Nothing
Either B or D when I was single. Depends on proximity. I never really "approached" women. I just talked to any men and women around me in the vicinity. I'm a chatty type. If I found myself in an engaging conversation with a woman I found attractive though, then I'd ask her out. But I didn't even necessarily even have the conscious goal in the first place to ask her out. I just like to chat with everyone around me.
I also never thought pretty women were all that special. I mean I want to find a woman pretty that I date for sure. But I thought I was surrounded by pretty women. I'd see them everywhere. It might be because I lived mostly in urban and fashionable areas where the women tend to look pretty good and take care of their appearances. Or maybe I just find lots of women very pretty.
I'll look and acknowledge that she's pretty, then get on with my day.

Next time, make this a Poll instead of a Question.
A - make eye contact is what I would typically do.
B is what I used to do
Id smile and say if I made eye contact.
If I'm confident then B. If not then C.
I pay no attention to her and go about my day
