There's this guy and he knows I'm into him. I had to stop by his place to grab something. So he came outside to meet me and i noticed there was this girl who came out of his place too just standing there? Is this his way of letting me know he's not into me?

She could be anyone. A friend, a family member.
Talking to him about it would be the logical solution here.
