As the title says, a coworker I'm attracted to text me. Short conversation but he put two kisses (xx) at the end of all his texts but also called me "mate" (to end the conversation he said "no worries mate, see you soon xx"), is there any way to interpret that?

In your case he is being friendly, still you don't know does he have some feelings for you as you do for him so don't rush with conclusions and interpretations of some text messages etc.
