What does it mean when a guy says You're trying to make things difficult for me aren't you?

When this guy saw me wearing a sexy dress he said "You're trying to make things difficult for me aren't you?"

He is in a relationship and I have had sex with him before in the past. Also a couple of months ago when I asked him if I could practice Massaging him (I went to Massage Therapy school) he said he would love to but that he didn't think it was a good idea. And that he's trying to be a good boy and then he said see you around.

Sounds like he’s saying that you’re making it hard for him to stay faithful, which seems pretty clear and I think you already know that. But I don't know, maybe you just want people to comment affirming this so you can feel good, since you can’t ask him that yourself? Honestly, when I wore the dress it wasn't because I was trying to seduce him. It was warm that day and I decided to wear a dress. I didn't think "oh I'm going to go and seduce so and so" That wasn't the idea at all. And the reason why I asked him about the massage. Was because at one point he had told me that I could practice on him. There is nothing wrong with getting different opinions on a situation.

No there’s not a problem with seeking other opinions, but there is a problem with repeatedly posting this allegedly “harmless” situation. He didn’t ask about the massage last week, yesterday or probably not even while he was dating that girl, and tbh once he got in a relationship then out of respect I wouldn’t even put that offer on the table. As far as the dress goes if it was innocently done then cool, and he made his comment, but the meaning behind it is very clear so why act as though he said some truly thought provoking thing? You’re making this more in your mind and it’s too much.

Frankly it’s none of his business what you wear. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but he’s not entitled to tell you something that is your decision (what you wear), and something so personal and such an awkward topic too.

No he can’t tell her what to wear but he didn’t in this first place. She knows what she’s doing, if not with the dresses then with offering massages. This didn’t even just happen she’s kept reposting it according to Spartan, which tells me she wants to relive that moment over and over which makes the whole situation not innocent on her behalf.
