When guys say "I'm weak" ?

I saw a family friend flex and checking out his biceps. I admired him from a far. I later asked if he could flex, I kinda wanted to squeeze it, but I definitely didn't say that. I did mention he looked like he could be a Greek God. He just said "im weak." I want to ask him directly but I don't know. Any thoughts?
