I'm talking with this guy and he will ask for thigh pics at night... it's kind of depressing since he will be rude though out the day and leave me on seen and when he wants something from me he will beg for it... toxic?

He just wants to have sexual material with minimal effort. And if you're sending him pics or keep replying to him, well, it's working.
Toxic dynamics are set up in 2. As much as you "reward" him with your availability, as much he can proceed reducing the requried effort, or asking more from you. To keep it balanced, if you don't like something, don't give your availability in exchange. He doesn't deserve any prize, let alone pics, if you don't feel fulfilled enough by his behaviours. If you don't want it to become a toxic exchange, simply don't reward a toxic behaviour.
