For the age I'd say around 13-16

Be natural. Don't attempt to be something you're not.
Show you care about others, but don't neglect taking care of yourself. Taking care of yourself does not mean hiding behind fancy makeup, nails, hair and clothing. Focus on things within your control rather than things out of your control.
Make the most of your existing talents and assets.
Smile.
Consider how your choices impact others.
Be caring, kind, gentle, responsible and playful.
Eliminate any sense of entitlement.
Subtleties are more meaningful than extremes. Extremists trying to prove things just come across insecure and desperate.
