How to get rid of a stalker?

There's a guy I met last year. He found my address and it all went downhill since then. He passes by my house, I see him in public places (even in nearby outside cities), I change my number and block him from everywhere... he still finds me. He tells me I like being stalked and I want people to follow me.

Collect evidence of it. Take to court/police for restraining order.

Sounds like you need to get a restraining order on the guy. if he keeps up you could have him see what's its like being under a microscope with a buddy named Bubba.

Threaten to go to the police. Or just go to them, maybe they can talk to him for you, showing him you mean business (or can your dad or male family member?). But the threat itself might be enough.
