Why doesn’t he like me?

When I would see the guy on a regular basis at my work he would act like he liked me. I left my job and he suddenly doesn’t communicate with me even though he has my number. He’ll respond if I send him a message but that’s it.

Need some more info: how did he show that he liked you?

He would openly flirt with me like flick his eyebrows up and down when he saw me, he would go out of his way to see me, he would fidget with his clothes. The typical signs of flirting. He was also talk to me a lot

Oooh. There’s 2 conclusions to get here: either he was just flirting for fun, or he is interested but doesn’t feel like you reciprocated enough and doesn’t purse as a result.
How did you react when he would do these things?

I’m very shy so I would smile in like a shy way and start to twirl my hair
