Why does a guy do this?

there’s this new guy that I’ve been seeing he’s super cute and when I looked at him he wasn’t looking at so I stopped but when I looked at him again he we holded eye contact until I looked away and took off his glasses for some reason I don't know

but then I tried to make eye contact with his again and we holded for 4 seconds before he looked away and he looks at me in the hallway

does it mean he finds me attractive?
