If a guy behaves like this to a female friend does he like her in a romantic way? things like loads eye contact to the point I can catch him staring sometimes, playfully teasing over silly things, noticing new clothes etc, tells her how good she looks, never asks about her love life and when saying goodbye hugs her and kisses her on the cheek….. opinions please?
