Would you have tried harder in school if your teachers were cute Asian women?

I was answering a different question here when I realized that I used to try way harder, and pay more attention at work conferences if the instructor was hot to me.
I hated school, but somehow I feel like I would've became a doctor if I had Asian women as teaching staff. I would've paid attention to every word she said, and I would've aced every exam to try to impress her, lol.

I sure as hell wouldn't have skipped school as much as I did.
I probably would've showed up to class early and looking my best, just hoping to visit with her, lol.

I see no point in trying to impress a person, especially if I can't date them, but even if it was college, and she was my age, and the college allowed her to date similar aged students, I'd still not try to impress her, because being yourself is how you get the right SO. If you go out of your way to impress someone, then when you revert to your normal self, they will be dissapointed and eventually leave.

That said, I usually got high grades, and there are classes that are just super easy for me, and I like challenges on subjects I'm interested in, so I might end up impressing her without trying/intending to.

Even if that happens though, the odds we are compatible hobby and interest wise is slim at best, since my lifestyle doesn't really give much time to be a teacher, so I'd likely still not be interested. And being impressed is not the same as being romantically interested.

Yes, my math professor in college was a beautiful Asian woman and I made sure to get straight A's in that class even though I don't care about math.
