Accidentally fell asleep on my guy friends arm! What do I do now?

So yeah that happened, we were binge watching series until like 2/3 in the morning and I happened to dose off sometime and I embarrassingly awoke to sleeping on his arm and kinda on his lap 😳
Although his reaction was priceless, he wasn't at all upset and just said
"hey did you sleep okay? I guess you must of been tired, I tried covering you in a blanket.. oh and by the way you do kinda talk in your sleep too.. I thought it was cute though!" Then just rubbed my head

I was really embarrassed by it and because it was kinda nice and comfortable.

So like what now?
