So this guy likes me, I mean that’s what he says but he is basically a big time flirt. Sleeps around a lot and talks to a lot of girl. And I know that he’s told most of them that he isn’t looking for a relationship. But like recently we started talking and all we ever really do is, talk cuddle kiss and sleep. He hasn’t really tried to get in my pants. I’m super confused because I know he’s like gotten with a lot of girls. He asked me what am I looking for and I said I don’t really know and he said he said he doesn't either but he wouldn’t really mind getting in a relationship if he finds the one. If you know he's a big time flirt, and he's told them he's not looking for a relationship, I would suggest to not invest too much of your emotions and effort into him. Of course, enjoy spending time with him and keep it relaxed but don't expect anything. If anything, he'll need to prove it to you that he wants to become 'exclusive' with you, otherwise you can only assume he's spending time with other girls too.

Of course, if he's asking you what you're looking for, he may be trying to gauge how you feel and could be a bit insecure/nervous to let on that he does like you. Perhaps check if he does any of the following (although it may be difficult if you guys don't hang out together around others)
