I mean yes if your bare foot it would depend on where you were. People just don't run around barefoot unless it's at the beach or something to do with swimming.

Open toed shoes depends, if your toe nails are painted or you wear a toe ring it can be sexy on the right type of feet. I don't have any type of foot fetish or anything... but if you do anything like take then I would notice. Just because I am not a foot guy doesn't mean I would not notice a cute set of feet.

some guys are into feet but not a vast proportion, if you happened to be really pretty or they can obviously see your nipples through your top etc, they might look down to avoid getting busted but other than that, maybe you are just surrounded by foot fettishists?

Probably has a foot fetish. Feet are feet to me and I'm not looking at them lol. In fact I really hate when women post pictures online, showing only their legs/feet. Like why? I don't wanna see that. But they must get enough attention from them as many do it.
