How do you tell if a guy is busy vs him ghosting you?

You ask him. A busy man will make time for you if you are worth his time. I myself work 50 hours a week but I always make time for people because people (in general) are more important to me than work. If he ghosts you, he'll just ghost you and not reply at all.

I guess he still replies. Just not to everything. He's working 100+ a week. So might be a little different.

Ask him? Or even just ask what he's been up to. If he doesn't respond or if it takes more than a few days (unless he has a really good reason like having been out of the country or in the hospital or dealing with a family emergency or something), he's not that interested.

He's probably just super busy don't worry too much. Working 100 hours a week is rough on anybody and sometimes after those long work days we don't have the mental capacity to do anything else

When busy you spend a lot of time on delivered. When ghosted you are always on delivered or read. But never replied to.

It depends on how long he's been busy.

It's changed in the last month. More so the last two weeks. I do know he started working 100+ hour work weeks...

100+ hours? For one job? So he's basically just working and sleeping? If that's true, then yeah that could explain it. And unless you've been seeing each other a while or that schedule is just temporary, I wouldn't expect much to happen with him.

@Delerium is right and even if is temporary, he could at least let you know. I'd be moving on.

That's what I would think as well, but has never been too forthcoming with his emotions, and sharing.
