I think honestly less isn’t better. I’d like to see if there are some common points on a person, if I see a basically empty profile with 2 photos and only a little description without infos, I usually think about an empty person with no interests or nothing to say, so I swipe left.
Usually on my profiles I put try to enlighten my interests, my features and I try to make something sarcastic about myself in order to not take myself too seriously. I’d like the other person to want to know me for what I am, not only for the pictures.
I usually find interesting on a dating profile if I find some common interests and some deepness of thought or some humour.
