Cause im starting to suspect that he hired me because of that. I feel used and i hate my job.

Unfortunately lots of people in supervisory positions behave this way now, probably because they can and are pretty sure there won't be any consequences. The employees generally don't have any legal recourse in places that are "right to work" which ismore accurately described as the employer has the right to terminate you "at will", no reason necessary.
The only real large scale solution I see is to grow the labor movement. It is growing some right now with the most visible pushes to unionize being Amazon workers and Starbucks baristas, but it is slow. Every individual location or shop must unionize individually.
When we reach a point where many union jobs are available, then even the non union work places will have to behave better inorder to compete for YOUR help. But that's long term.
Short term about the best you can do is put out the word with friends... family... anybody really that you are looking for a better workplace andkeepyour ear to the ground.
Also consider looking into employers that have a reputation for treating employees more fairly. Costco is highly regarded in this way... I'm sure there are others.

It's hard to say what is on His mind, I would say that if He does approach You to have sex or go on a date with Him the best thing to do is turn Him down and definitely persue sexual harassment litigation against Him. Unfortunately there are Managers who will hire certain Women with hopes of succeeding in a sexual conquest. They need to be shown that they just can't abuse their authority that way.
