Capricorn guy hot and cold attitude?

So there’s this capricorn guy keeps acting hot and cold before when he would see me he would always greet me ask how i’m doing, and would always ask about me and what i’ve been doing we worked together is specific tasks for 3 months and lately he have been ignoring me avoiding eye contact and just acting like i don’t exist and I seriously have no idea why! And we still sometime work together but when i go up to and ask him for specific things related to work he would be extremely nice but I don’t why he’s acting like that it’s so confusing!!

This has nothing to do with astrology. Although having said that, I’m a Capricorn so maybe I’m wrong,

Two possibilities:

1) He was interested before, and now for some reason he isn’t anymore. People change their minds. It could be that he’s with another girl. It could be that he liked you but never made a move because you work together and he doesn’t want to risk awkwardness there if things go bad between you.

2) He was never actually interested in you in that way, and he was just being friendly. He realised that maybe he was giving you the wrong idea and backed off.

I mean i never really gave him the impression that i like cause i don’t i’m not overly friendly with him but the way he changed his attitude it’s making me feel like i did something wrong

I mean just like what I mentioned he suddenly started acting really distant and would avoid eye contact as if I don’t exist and before he would always say hi and ask about me and last week when he was avoiding me i did the same and one day he passed my office our eyes met and he kept walking but then came back and said hi and asked how i was doing it’s starting to get really weird for me at first i was upset now i’m just confused 😕 and I’ve noticed he’s only like that with me

This is not related about having other things to do it’s just about how he changed his attitude towards me! He had other things to do when he used to act nice too!!
