These things sound nice, but don’t be a person to fall into the trap of “potential”, and when I say that I mean having your head filled with possibilities and start falling for him based off them. Form your opinion based off when he continues to actively and intentionally pursue those milestones with you. Four dates in, you two are getting very comfortable with each other, like one another a lot and I can see how the fantasizing happens. But give it a bit more time before those hopes impact your decisions.
