Why do my two guy friends talk about me and when I look they are already staring but they smirk cause they know I heard them talk about me?

My two guys friends keep staring at me. I sometimes wonder if they’re making fun of me. They are my friends, we aren’t that close but we goof around. We don’t get offended by calling each other names. My one guy friend said “she is (a word he calls me and only me)” so I turned around, and they are staring but kinda smiling. Like a smirk.

I don’t know what’s going on and this has been happening for days in a row. I’m confused. I don’t think they’re making fun of me, but they are definitely smiling about something. Please help.
