Guys, are you interested or curious?

I recently went out with a guy once (he has been out of town that’s why I haven’t seen him since only recently returned), he vaguely knows where I live from what I told him. I live in a neighborhood huge for cycling, several clubs meet at my neighborhood and he is very into cycling. He is already familiar with the area. He hasn’t been good at communicating and we don’t talk much at all so I didn’t think he was interested, however I did see him circling my intersection I think trying to see where I live, which is a close by to me, but he’s not reaching out to see me again, but is interested enough in trying to figure out where I live. I would go out with him again but I already reached out to him once just before he went away and I don’t think it’s my place to reach back out since the conversation didn’t go very far. Is he interested and just have confidence issues or is he not interested? No he’s not trying to be creepy, I’ve already been to his house, he is being curious

If he has confidence issues he wouldn’t be looking for you. But when someone is interested in you they sorta try to know everything about you. So if I were you I would just make it more obvious that’s ur into him so he feels the connection.
