i have this guy friend who randomly touches my hair sometimes when im talking to him. MY hair is always in a ponytail. When we first met he texted me that he wanted to touch my hair but didn't want to be rude but i told him he could. So since then he is always randomly feeling on my ponytail lol when im talking to him.
