We were in the cafeteria and he kept looking in my direction then when we got on the bus I sat in front to get away from him he was in back of bus but all of a sudden sat across from me the weird thing is that he has girlfriend

He is trying to make you uncomfortable by stalking you and he knows that you don't react well to it. It is more of a game he plays to see how you respond.

You best option is to ignore him and not to pay attention to him. You can read a book, magazine or newspaper on the bus and put on some earphones so that you don't get distracted by him.

If you ignore him, he will slowly lose interest in you because you don't play his game and it becomes boring on the long run. You just have to be consequent and not look at him or react to his attempts.

Then you have to talk to him and tell him you resent to be victim of his stalking. If you know his girlfriend, then you could tell him that you would like to have a talk with her (give the name) and see how she reacts to his stalking.

Maybe he knows you from somewhere, or maybe he's attracted to you but doesn't actually want to act on it.
