there’s this guy that i confessed my feelings to but we agreed to be friends. we don’t talk and don’t text. but he’s always the first one to watch my instagram stories, and always looks at me in class, whenever i talk to someone he’s always looking over…. i don’t know what this means and i’m starting to get annoyed

My guess is he thinks you are someone he likes and can be friends with. He also may be watching your stories to determine whether he perceives you as dating material. As a guy, after surveying your interactions for two weeks, I can easily determine the feasibility of long-term relationship. I would imagine that he also operates along those lines.

It is likely that he struggles with some lust and feelings as it relates to you. He may be insecure. He may also be frustrated knowing your Person and his Person can not coexist?
