Why does he keep doing this?

So this old guy friend of mine used to like me awhile back used to follow me around try to figure out what I was doing all the time. Now fast forward he has a girl friend he moves to where I work he saw me working one day and now he’s been coming around where I work dropping by. Any time he sees me stops and stares at me. His girlfriend knows about me and hates me with out me knowing her or her knowing me. Talks to her about me a lot cause she’s seems to know me with out introduction. He’s just looks like he’s about to freak out every time he sees me. Why is he doing this? Does he still like me?

It makes no sense but obviously you shoukd stay away from him given the situation. Plus crazy ans/or upset girlfriends showing up on job is never a good idea.
