Maybe yes. Maybe no. All you really need to worry about is YOU. As in, why are you letting this guy touch you? Why do you even give him 2 seconds of your time if you're not interested? You can ignore him. In the old days if a guy touched a woman against her will he was at high risk of getting slapped too. Interesting how now that modern women say they are so strong & tough they're more afraid of doing that than ever before tho.
