Why is he awkward and nervous around me?

This guy literally played me and broke my heart. He said he wasn’t ready for a relationship and said maybe in the future, and apologized for leading me on. I didn’t forgive him but I’m over it, but whenever he sees me he gets super nervous and awkward. If he was playing me all along why does he care about my presence at all? If I played someone I wouldn’t give two shits about them after that.

I wouldn’t be awkward around someone if I rejected them, it’s not my fault they like me? If I played them I’d be nervous because I was “caught”

The longer that you go without forgiving him the more harden your heart will become. You can "be over" it but not actually over it.-This describes you as you are still holding onto something in your lack of forgiveness... think about it.

have you ever had to be around someone you rejected? it's awkward. so since he rejected you, it's obviously awkward and why he's acting like that. it doesn't mean he likes you.
