This depends on a lot of things. Is she wearing heavy clothing or a bathing suit or nothing at all? If she's wearing like a thick sweater or coat, then probably not.

If she's wearing very little, and has very large breasts, than probably.

If I do feel it, it feels good (and a little awkward) but I do enjoy the feeling of breasts pressing up against me. It's a warm, pleasant and close feeling.
