What does it mean when a guy keep changing his profile pictures? Like adding them, then delete then add another one?

I asked this girl why she "changed her profile picture" the other day, from her and a friend, in their bikinis, with their backs to the camera so you could early see their butts, to her and her friend that was getting married, in her gown and her in her wedding ceremony dress. She said "cause i can/wanted to"

I was more asking why she didn't change it back to her and her man. The reason is, because, i have reason to believe she has a boyfriend of 5 years. In may, that's what she said, but, that was then, so, how do i know if she's still with him or not, without asking her?

by the way, when i asked her why she changed her profile picture, she said "ill change it again", and i said, well no, it's ok, i was just curious (im thinking in my head, why didn't she change it to her and her man), but, she actually sent me the picture of her in her bikini, and said "there, now you can look at it all you want"
