None of those is best simply because we know strictly nothing about those guys.

Are any of those 2 criminals? do they have addictions? are they violent? do they prioritize the wrong things in life? are they toxic?

Height above ground is not the determining factor when choosing a person. Height says strictly nothing about their intellect, character and personality.

If I was forced to chose a person, then those 3 qualities would be predominant in my choice even if that person is 4' high, chubby, is bald and has rotten teeth. Except for the height, all other features can be addressed while a 6.5' tall toxic person will always remain toxic.
