How long do you want to live for?

But now I have kids I want to be around for them as long as I can be

To live forever does not mean that you are always healthy... How would you like to have an incurable disease that cripples you but not enough to make you die eventually. Would you like to live like that forever but still be young forever?

It is up to you to change your boring life. You have the intelligence and health to do something about it. Take up a hobby or join a club where you meet people sharing the same interests. Be active and go out for strolls, bike rides or simply walks. Study something like music. The choice is endless. You hold your life and future in your hands.
