Guy's Behavior

Guys, what does it mean when a guy says “I’m be happy to meet up but we’ll figure out a time” ?

and then i asked him how was work going and he texted me back at 8:55am and told me he’s been very busy and then asked me how I was doing … And after that I sent him this photo from an art gallery telling him i thought it was cool and he said “Haha wow! very cool”

We both agreed we aren’t looking for a serious relationship but we haven’t had the chance to hook up yet. He text me when he was back from his trip he was gonna be super busy with work for the next few weeks and he would text me when he’s free to meet up and wanted to be straightforward.. He does NOT have any friends here only two! so i know for a fact he isn’t out with buddies or something unless its with one or the other friend. Lol.

So like does he want to hook up with me anymore? Why would he say he wants to meet up when he’s free and we’ll figure out a time? its not that hard to have sex for just one weekend lol. I thought guys make time for sex.

We’ve also had deep conversations and basically know everything about each other now and we just made out a lot when we went out but I couldnt do anything cause of cramps.

We texted for 2 weeks straight back in December before we met in person (I met him online) and have great chemistry so I don't know if he just doesn’t want to hook up anymore because of that or wants to keep me around for company cause we have both said we enjoy each others company and like each other

We both make out a lot when we around each other and he’s very affectionate with me. … He told me his ex cheated on him and has been broken up for a few months now.

I told him I thought he wasn’t interested in me anymore because of his schedule and thats when he said “I didn’t realize that but we’ll figure out a time. I would be happy to meet up” so I guess work comes first to him lol
