Wherever he see me he would smile past me but when i'm looking he would act normal. Maybe he likes my attention that's all. And yesterday, he brush past my shoulder. I'm just confused and getting mixed signal from him.
I think eye contact is usually a good indication a man is interested in you, but it isn't enough. Brushing past shoulder can be a way of him trying to break the barrier between you.
If you can find a way to strike a conversation it will help a lot in noticing other signs of him having a crush on you. I also have the same problem with a guy who looks at me and smiles. I sense he could be interested, it's usually the first sign they are interested in you and want to talk or be friends. Use your intuition and good luck💜🕊️✌️
Talk to him about the most boring subject there can be. Act unimpressed and bored. If he acts fidgety and uncomfortable and nervous. That’s your answer right there.
However if his eyes look bored or unamused,, he’s not into you at all.
Most of those signals are male attraction signs. That doesn’t mean he is but it sounds like there’s a good chance.
If his body language is open towards you that’s a good sign. If you notice he points his feet toward you that is a key sign. People tend to point their feet toward what they want the most. If he points his toward you and keeps them there that means he’s probably interested. If he points them towards someone else or an exit that means he’s more interested in them or in leaving the area.
Don't use eye contact as a sign of interest, especially not in a work environment. I make strong eye contact at work with most people, more so because im focused and want them to know im paying attention.
Also not sure about raising his voice, that could easily be misread.

Whenever I was around my crush, my mind would go crazy. Onetime she was infront of me in line at the dining hall and I would not get 5 yards close to her.

Don't care about these mind games from him until he mentions that he likes you or he wants to date you or he loves you
