I recently met a coworker at my new Job who is friendly and chatty with anyone but me.

When we Were Introduced I could Tell that He found me cute By his lingering gaze and his wide smile. Now He Never Smiles to me and never Makes jokes like he does around the other coworkers and seems a bit Stiff.

I was always polite and Never flirted with him. What could be the reason for his behaviour?

Thats the reason why you never flirt with him and others aren't the same way.
