I use Aldi q10 system - the day cream, night cream and serum, as well as any eye cream I have.

In terms of a face wash, I use Clean And Clear Daily Exfoliating Face Wash.

After washing, I dry using a microfibre face cloth and cottom one for my beard area (only to help it dry faster) and using a metal roller before applying the serum and day or night cream, followed by the eye cream.

Every few days or so, I use a microdermabrasion machine, which comes with multiple heads, including one for blackheads, anti-wrinkles, etc.

It moisturizes your skin, and even just that helps slow down aging in the long run (sunscreen helps even more)

It's not neccessary thats true, you can survive with just splashing some water on it.
But it can also improve your skin. If you put a cream on it the skin will have more moisture and you will age slower
