Does it matter if he texts you a lot?

So I’m wondering if a guy likes you, does he text you frequently? Or does it depend on the person? I don’t have to text anyone all the time because sometimes I get to a point where I don’t want to text anyone. But if he goes days without saying anything to you is that bad sign? I mean he gives me a valid reason to not text me. I know people have things going on in life. So I understand. He has texted me though but it was a brief conversation. Before we use to text quite a bit but it was kind of like boring. It was almost like small talk I guess you would say. Like the conversation wasn’t really interesting so I figure maybe that’s why he doesn’t text me as much as he use to. Because for awhile we stopped talking and that was months back. But now we rekindled but when I’m around him he shows he likes me and tells me he has fun with me. But I don’t know if it’s normal for some guys to not text as much?

Well it can be a lot of things it could be he's busy. But it could be just that the conversations aren't interesting. You've even said it yourself they're kinda boring so what if he's thinking the same thing and figured why text if there's nothing really to talk about. Seems like he is into you thought because at least there is some sort of effort there

Yeah I mean he did show effort in texting me even though he hasn’t in a while. But I never bother him I just let him be.

Guys get bored from texting VERY quickly. It sucks, and it is a horrible way to communicate.
