What does a guy mean when he says “I really really like you”?

I’ve been talking to a guy for 3 months and it’s been going really good, I mean Ofc we’ve had disagreements and a couple of arguments but we always communicated and talked it out and came back better than before. He introduced me to his family and friends and he drives an hour just to hang with me. I don’t want to mistaken him double liking me for love but I can’t tell if he is trying to say he loves me without really saying it because it might be too soon or if he just likes me a lot.

I think you are on the right track. Bottom line 'Liking" someone could mean many things... but do not discount the fact that on some level he does care about you. How much or how little, really depends on many things... but all that matters is what is it worth to you, and then put out that level of effort and see what happens.

It could be either, but even if he just likes you a lot that’s great news. I wouldn’t say “I love you” till he says it first, but you can say “I really really like you” back.
