Not really true.

But it does tend to make men look harder, have more edge, more masculine, almost. (Which is all untrue. It's just a false perception.)

Natural blonds can be very, very attractive. It's a recessive gene, which is why it doesn't occur as often, and rarity is generally appealing. But sun-kissed skin generally looks healthy when young (and ages you later). Men who are in their twenties, and spend a lot of time outdoors, can look very healthy. It used to be associated with the working class and had negative connotations. But nowadays it's almost flipped to a person who is active and outdoorsy. (I'm speaking of natural blonds or lighter brunettes who get naturally sun-bleached.)

The term 'tall, dark, and handsome' is sort of the trifecta of masculinity. But others are attractive and masculine, too, of course.

I don't know not all girls do but men appear more bold and confident I guess with darker hair
