Is it easier for him to say it during sex and in text than in a normal conversation? Why do men often say ILY during sex?
He might be shy to say it out loud during everyday life?
I'm shy, but I still know better to say it when you mean it. He says it only when you can't read him, lowkey that might be a red flag. A man who's really in love isn't that shy to share. If you believe otherwise then you're willfully being blind.
It's probably more comfortable for him. Why wouldn't you just ask him this? We can't read the man's mind.
